Took two smoked teryaki chicken thighs, diced the meat and sprinkled it over a gluten-free pizza shell that I had sauced with a combo of homemade marinara and bbq sauce. Shredded spinach, mozzarella, and some scallion rounded out the pie. Was able to grab a quick and tasty piece before heading out to my son's open house at school. ( yes, I saw what I did there...)

@Tigg: Four lobsters? That's a lot. I can eat two. If I had four lobsters, I would eat two and the remaining two would be a combination of lobster salad for lobster roll and the other in a marinara sauce...fra diavolo. So good.
