Curried lentils.....Ugh, I don't know. I only like curried chicken or goat.

I had a bit of fish with a lil guacamole on the side.

Black beans and rice, baked chicken and mixed veggies and a glass of red wine and Throat Coat tea because some germ is trying to attack my body so I am doubling down on Vit. C, water and Jack Daniels. Body heal thy self!

I made a visit to a very good friend who had a stroke a couple of months ago. He looked so good; lost weight and he just seemed to glow. I am not saying have a stroke to look better! His wife was baking a ham and she offered me some. It was so good. I had a slice of ham with a small portion of rice and beans I made with sauteed spinach I cooked in the pan where I pan seared the ham. A glass of red wine topped off the meal.
