A friend went fishing a brought me a snapper. I don't want to say red because it wasn't totally red like when I get it from a commercial place. Anyway, I just sprinkled some Old Bay on it, after rinsing it with lemon juice, and put dried basil inside, rubbed oil olive on it and baked it in the oven. It was really good. For sides, I made brown rice, had to pull out the rice cooker as I hadn't cooked rice in almost a year and had the foregoing with black beans. The meal was great for a change of pace.

Leftovers. For me, quinoa, chicken sauteed in butter, garlic and lemon juice with lemon-pepper seasoned veggies.

Korean BBQ tacos from my favorite food truck. I know it sounds odd but they are so good. I also had a liege waffle with fresh strawberries and bourbon whipped cream.
