Pan seared rib eye steak (suppose to have the bone in but this one didn't the other does) asparagus. The really tiny ones but oddly enough I found them a bit chewy at the bottom. Who knows I ate them anyway and only half of the steak. The price was so good on the rib eye I had to read the label to see if it was born in the USA. It was. Publix if any south Floridians are interested as they are on sale this week.

It didn't suck.

I also baked off two quiches with gluten-free crusts. Must have been nesting or something. Landed at 2 today, picked up the kids and dog, and started messin' in the kitchen. Felt good to leave the laptop in the bag for a few hours.
