I had a "dinner" of bacon strips, chocolate with almonds, and rum and diet Pepsi.

I know.. wtf... it's all I felt like doing after going for a bike ride.

I wasn't talking about bodybuilding. Powerlifting and bodybuilding are not the same sport. I'm more of a powerlifter without the usual fat. Ie not enough willpower to cut to 5-6% to compete as a bodybuilder lol.

Most women are not strong upper body and really you should focus on not loosing muscle mass (moderate strength training).

Str training is more important in weight loss than cardio, its so underestimated its unbelievable. Also HIIT, 20 minutes of that with at least 4 peaks hitting max heart rate will light up your metabolism pretty well.

Protein bar and beef jerky for dinner tonight, out of tuna. Didn't want to totally hijack the thread.

Bodybuilding is not about strength. It is all asthetic. I have an IFBB pro friend who doesn't lift heavy anymore and he stays in excellent condition. My legs are my strongest. I can push 6 45 lb plates no problem. My upper body sucks..LOL

You don't have to be fat to be strong. Powerlifters seem to believe its okay to look like shit and eat what they want. Its still not healthy and they are fat. I am stronger in most of my lifts than 300+lb guys. My PR's are 605 squat, 405 bench, 495 DL, my squat form at that weight might not be perfect for competition though lol. Those were all at me being 195lbs.
