Black forest ham with 1 scrambled egg yolk and one egg white, two slices of toast and then off to yoga....it's a lot before a yoga class but I eat two hours before my practice so it doesn't impact the poses. I eat like a baby pit bull which is why I HAVE TO WORKOUT! Anybody who takes me out knows they have to feed the animal....LOL

The best sight I have witnessed was joggers, jogging there to get donuts as part of their morning workout, lol! Note to self: DO NOT forget to call in an order of 12 apple fritters in late November...

Since I didn't leave the Halloween house party until 6:15am, I decided to go about 15 minutes out of my way to get fresh donuts from the best place in Pittsburgh. Better-Maid Donut Company makes the best donuts I've ever had. This place is so good that people line up at 6am (Wed-Fri) or 7am (Sat & Sun) because once they sell out of the days batch, they close the doors. They are rarely open for more than two hours! I stood in line with all these people sharing stories about how many decades they'd been coming for donuts. They were laughing about how many times they'd made the trek only to find the donut shelves picked over or, even worse, had already closed. Instead of expressing anger, they'd laugh and say that it taught them to get there earlier. Talk about customer loyalty!
