@BLT, thanks for the great idea of blending some fruit and ice cubes into the MM!!! We have some fresh blueberries . . . may haft try that out for lunch!!!

@Froggy: I love Muscle Milk! I used to be too fat to drink it. I get the ready mix and use 1/2 add blueberries and Cool Whip and a bit of ice to make a smoothie. I use it as a bridge to the next meal or usually a pre or post workout beverage. Vanilla only for me most times unless I add unsweetened cocoa.
