I am on my second meal -- meal 1 -- 4 egg whites, small sweet potato and 2 slices of turkey bacon, coffee. I am getting ripped from this new way of eating. Too bad I wasn't as disciplined when I was competing. My placings would have been a lot better.

About to partake of some granola.

BTW, thanks Tigg. I was just contemplating a potential protein reduction program.

GFandME: I've been Isle of Palms. It is so nice and if you haven't already been, you should check out Kiawah Island. That is the bomb too; mostly private homes but really nice. I took 17 from Myrtle Beach last weekend through Georgetown on my way back to Vero Beach, FL. It was absolutely breathtaking, although SC was cold compared to Florida where we are still in shorts and bathing suits. I didn't take my sneakers off until I reached Beaufort which I picked up I-95 to take me home. Check out the Whole Foods in Mt. Pleasant. I had some gumbo there when I stopped for lunch....it was so, so good. I love that place. That area is still really busy and the traffic is crazy.
