NJ: And loaded with sugar! I eat the Nature Valley Protein chewy bars, salted caramel nut. Not totally healthy but causes no adverse reaction to my glucose levels. It's supposed to have 10 grams of protein -- I don't know about all that.

In warm weather, I like fresh fruits and yogurt. In winter, my breakfast is usally oatmeal w/fruit or almonds or the fruit/almonds in my Greek yogurt. Mr. Uriah sometimes takes me to Waffle House if we are on the road somewhere andwe share the All-Star Breakfast, really bad I know....but we do try to work the calories off quickly.

Lady: I had a similar breakfast about to have some chopped spinich, herring in hot sauce and some carrot straws with some lite dressing. I decided to sort of fast this week for Thanksgiving. With the diabetes, I have to be careful so no fancy meat just fish and veggies, maybe a simple soup and lots of water. No caviar...LOL! I am fucking with Bridge who thinks I am high-faluting or whatever he thinks of us New Yorkers, Manhattanites in particular....LMAO!
