breakfast tacos, with egg, cheese, and chopped up bratwurst {and a little hot sauce on mommy's}....ok, not completely "traditional Mexican", but pretty darned good, nonetheless!

hot smoked is smoked and cooked..........cold smoke is kinda raw like sushi

I just picked up some smoked salmon at the market yestarday. Funny, ex demanded I try anchovies and I found them {barely} palatable, and he was insisting that I get used to them. More recently, someone turned me on to smoked salmon, more I think because they really thought I would like it, and it was wonderful. It's nice when someone actually "gets" me.
