@BLT, thanks for the great idea of blending some fruit and ice cubes into the MM!!! We have some fresh blueberries . . . may haft try that out for lunch!!!

@Froggy: I love Muscle Milk! I used to be too fat to drink it. I get the ready mix and use 1/2 add blueberries and Cool Whip and a bit of ice to make a smoothie. I use it as a bridge to the next meal or usually a pre or post workout beverage. Vanilla only for me most times unless I add unsweetened cocoa.

I made a late night run to spend some time with a friend and, of course, I became hungry. He had prepared chicken in a crock pot so I had that and come kind of cream cheese chive crackers and my cucumber water. I have to say that crock pot takes all the flavor out of the meat. I definitely don't want one.
