Not where I grew up.

I have my second pot of red sauce back on the stove and just pulled two litlle pork nuggets out and shmeared them onto a toasted whole wheat bagel half. Chasing that with a cup o' joe. Breakfast of champions.

Fish and spinach. I ran out of sweet potatoes which I miss so I am out the door and on my way back will be stopping to buy more and have my turkey bacon, egg whites and 1/2 sweet potato for my second breakfast.

NJ boy, you need to get the things on shark tank that fit in between the seat and the console. I just read in Fast Company that the guy has become a millionaire within a year.

NJ: And loaded with sugar! I eat the Nature Valley Protein chewy bars, salted caramel nut. Not totally healthy but causes no adverse reaction to my glucose levels. It's supposed to have 10 grams of protein -- I don't know about all that.

In warm weather, I like fresh fruits and yogurt. In winter, my breakfast is usally oatmeal w/fruit or almonds or the fruit/almonds in my Greek yogurt. Mr. Uriah sometimes takes me to Waffle House if we are on the road somewhere andwe share the All-Star Breakfast, really bad I know....but we do try to work the calories off quickly.
