Please don't ew....me: My first breakfast was the rest of the tuna salad I made yesterday with 2 slivers of tomatoes and lemon water. After my workout, I had 1/2 sweet potato, roasted chicken with iceberg lettuce which I shredded and put some of the chicken in it and a cup of Origano Gold coffee....breakfast of a champion....LOL!

Greeks combine a lot of stuff. When I was there, I was appalled that they put fried potatoes on the gyro!

315: I will look into that....thanks. Planet Fitness opens late, 7:00 am on the weekends and I have to eat way before that so I didn't want to carb up so I ate some of the salmon loaf I made yesterday with cabbage, yes, for breakfast. After my workout I had two egg whites and one whole egg scrambled with 1/2 sweet potato. I am still hungry but I am trying to wait for my brain to settle down w/o eating anything else.
