Lady. There are 3 basic places you can find nutritional yeast in whole paycheck.

By the sauces/spice/seasonings usually by the sauces (steak type sauces) in a shaker.

In the supplement section by the protein powders in a large can.

In the bulk section in a bin. It has a saffron kind or color.

It available as powder or flake it doesn't matter which kind you get.

For economic reasons I buy it in bulk and put it in a closable, red pepper style shaker. The rest I store in a glass jar.

Hi Bobby!

Nutritional yeast is so addictive. I eat it on everything: eggs, veggies, salad, when I used to eat salad, pasta, popcorn popped the real way. One of my favorite quick go-to snacks is some good gf bread, olive oil and nutritional yeast. Crazy yummy.

Both. It's loaded with protein, iron and B12 and tastes rather like sharp cheddar cheese. I put it on/in damn near anything I make. One of my favorites is to sprinkle it on fresh popcorn.
