Pre-workout: A cup of lentil soup. Supplements; post work-out: brown rice and black beans, grilled shrimp, raw spinach with black olives and a little bit of raw onion, dressing from the Publix salad which is so good.

I like broccoli rabe when I'm looking for a different flavor.

A search on the fora for "broccolini" shows that myself and BT are the primary public consumers of such. I love broccolini. Glad to see you enjoying it. Some people are freaked out by it because it's a new cultivar and has only been commonly available for a few years, so people think it's some kind of fake food or something.

NJ - adding hollandaise to your broccolini and eggs is outstanding. Try it sometime.

Nice NJ!

I did something similar, but without the biscuits and cheese; a drizzle of evoo, diced onion, and Broccolini, whisked eggs. Black coffee. Plenty of black coffee.

After CBS Sunday Morning, I'm chilling with the dog watching Meet The Press, and thinking about getting some sun.
