lol my husband teases me because I say the smell of the kiddo's oatmeal or cheerio's makes me want to vomit. Or worse...his coffee.
just always been this way. And every personal trainer, nutritionist, etc will tell you to eat within a short time of getting up. I just look at them. I've tried, I really have I just can't do it. PG |

Mrs SVC, this has been everyday of my life ALL my life. I have never once woken up and thought "I'm hungry", or felt hungry. We can eat dinner at 7pm and go spend hours dancing and fucking and not get out of bed until after 11am the next day and I'm still not hungry when I get up.

If you're not hungry within an hour or two of waking up, you may have eaten too much the night before and your body is still in "storage" mode.
