Nitrate-free, low sodium, U cured bacon and organic eggs, fresh strawberries, bananas, and (suspect) oranges from a friend's orchard, with a black coffee chaser.

Kiddo's made pancakes this morning as part of earning a girl scout badge, they did pretty well but I can't understand how they used my recipe and it doesn't come out quite the same...

now to go out to the barn and work it off, double stalls today since we were too tired from moving all the stuff to do the last night. Then some unpacking at the apartment.

i had a nanner and the top half of a tomato mozzarella bagel, toasted, plain.

pretty tasty. while sitting here eating it, i observed a woman come in and order a tomato mozzarella bagel with bacon egg sausage and cheese *on* it, plus, a chocolate brownie donut, and, an extra large salted caramel hot chocolate with extra cream and whipped cream.

all i could think was "ACK!!! my arteries!! ACK!!!"

oy.

I knew the food was good in NOLA. Good to hear it's excellent in Ohio, too.

Red eyed back- arrive this am and greeted by a morning guest. So, On-T....really was ON T this am! Rice tortilla, peanut butter, banana roll-up. Black coffee.
