Correction: sleeping not speaking 5 hours, although some of my friends would have me do that! I didn't proofread.

I woke up again, in the middle of the night after speaking appox. 5 hours. Had a couple of slices of granny smith apples with peanut butter; still hungry so I had a bowl of soup; went to the gym; ate a tasteless cinnamon raisin bagel (what happened to bagels? They are now so flat and skimpy and no taste. I want a real NY bagel; even though we have Einstein bagels here they seem to have too much gluten -- too soft) so I pick up some Jiffy Corn Muffin mix....I am on carb attack; make the corn bread, cut a hunk; have that with collard greens and one BBQ chicken leg.....finally full.....when is lunch....LOL

@Tigg: I rarely eat french toast but I do miss pancakes and waffles, especially waffles and fried chicken! That used to be a late night meal coming from the club back in the day. I sometimes now make shrimp and grits. If you think you can't get it right, check out Gullah Gourmet. They can send you the right stuff. Also, the She Crab soup is awesome and makes a great gift.
