Chocolate milk. Because I just can't seem to muster any excitement or desire for food before about noon in spite of the fact that I have been up since 6:30.

I use almond milk, kale, protein powder (it's pea!), some supplements, flax, spices, honey, and ice. No ice cream or cream, and no fruit either.

So, now, I'm confuzzed as to what to call this thing...

BT:

a shake typically has ice cream (or froyo or milk) as one of its ingredients and are generally not low calorie or particularly health focused.

a smoothie is typically a puree of fruit and other ingredients

my choconananutter smoothies have water, ice, protein powder (choc flavoured), banana, and peanut butter (1 tbsp) in them.

focus there is on tasty *and* healthy, while keeping calories in check.
