315: I will look into that....thanks. Planet Fitness opens late, 7:00 am on the weekends and I have to eat way before that so I didn't want to carb up so I ate some of the salmon loaf I made yesterday with cabbage, yes, for breakfast. After my workout I had two egg whites and one whole egg scrambled with 1/2 sweet potato. I am still hungry but I am trying to wait for my brain to settle down w/o eating anything else.

hmm wonder if that makes them taste poached. I'll have to look the eggy thing up. Hehe my wife won't let me touch her "good" pans, seriously she starts swinging. I have one burnt pretty bad from searing stuff wo lube that is "mine".

BLT try using the "as seen on television" eggies. crack your eggies and dump the egg into the eggie. boil as you would an egg. open the eggie, dump out the haed boiled egg.

also the fresher the eggs the harder they are to peel. My daughter and I have a great arrangement for hard boiled eggs, she loves the whites, I love the yolks so we share.

BLT while they are hot dump them in a bowl of ice water and peel them before they cool all the way down. Makes it easy.

I think I'll make some for breakfast tomorrow.

I had been having like an egg drop soup made with the Dr. Oz Veggie broth because believe it or not, I can barely peel a hard boiled egg w/o destroying the white which is the part I need!
