I just saw someone buying about 30 big bottles of Worcestershire sauce. And nothing else.

I have no ideas. Anyone else?

We are spending Scamp's stolen day off poolside at the Country Club. He goes into the bar to order is some food :

Scamp, "are the lettuce wraps vegan?"

Bartender, "no, I think they have pine nuts in them"

WTF? Do they think pine nuts are an euphemism for squirrel balls?

I see your point. Though, I'd offer that often times...too often, in fact, most choose to judge a book by its cover without ever cracking that puppy open. Now, if they couldn't see the book, and were subject to listening to it instead, I wonder just how many of those closed minds would become open?

It's the reason why so much has been written about how our eyes deceive us, me thinks.

Then again, WTF do I know?

Welcome back S1, ssdd.

BT, I have to disagree with you on that one. The gift of sight is actually one of the most precious things we have in our life. I'll go one step further and say I believe one of the most tragic things in our lives that bring so much pain and heartache, is the fact that sometimes those who can/could clearly see, simply choose not to.

Even the blind work to develop ways of "seeing" even though their own eyes are not capable of it.

"It's not difficult at all. There are much more difficult things in life. LOL" - yourLuvrMan

The Dood's right on the mark. Some of us manage quite nicely.

If I were in newbie SM mode, as I was in the beginning, it might rile me a bit to feel like I was relegated to steerage, but these days, I'm very happy with my coach seat and a bag of peanuts...or as quite often the case in these parts, a bag of popcorn.

In fact, sometimes, I think it's better when we can't see things...
