There was something similar to this a few years ago in NJ , when a "Doctor" was using similar items to enhance features on unsuspecting women in a hotel room. I do believe one woman died after complications with her surgery.
Sad to hear, sicker to think about how many may have survived such an alteration not knowing they could be permanently damaged already . |
