Love Vegas, and yes we gamble but we're sooo not lucky at it.

Is anybody going for the big lifestyle convention in July?

Livewire, you are correct, it is more expensive than it used to be, but for those of you going, keep an eye on Groupon and Travelzoo daily! We got some good deals on food, drink, tours and shows. (E.g. Kahunaville in Treasure Island often offers a Groupon for $25 which gets you 6 drinks up to $9.25/each), as well as one for $26 for dinner for 2).

Our son is going to Europe for 2 weeks in June and we are planning our first trip to Vegas while he is gone.

We don't gamble but plan to take in a couple of shows as well as having some very adult related nights at a club or two.

I think if we hit Vegas we will arrange to meet up with friends while there, they just have to either put up with me going to the Burlesque Museum, or find something else to do while I play in there for a bit.

Just returned from Vegas about a week ago...and had a great time as always. We love it there, and we both love to gamble...slots, blackjack, poker.... but you definitely don't need to gamble to enjoy Vegas! We can't wait to go back! We visited Couples Oasis while there, and also saw Peep Show which was surprisingly really good!

I think the douche factor in Vegas clubs increases about 1000%.

I enjoy some gambling, roulette specifically. You just sit there and watch a little marble spin in circles. Simplistic entertainment at it's finest. Blackjack is fun as long as the other people at your table aren't morons. Not really into slots, craps or poker.

We love going to Vegas. We've gambled a grand total of $100 while there, one time, and found it boring. We've never done it again since.

There are a lot of fun things to do in Vegas, especially if you're willing to drop a lot of moolah. We've only been to one club there and it was OK.

Not a gambler here either. I did enjoy walking the Strip and taking in the sights as well as the colorful characters (people).

We plan on hitting Vegas hopefully in the next year or so. Thanks to a friend I have the opportunity to maybe meet with a couple of the Grande Dames of the old Burlesque world, and I really want to go the Burlesque Hall of fame. I'd really like to go out there for the huge pin-up event they have every spring. Have no interest in the casino's not our thing.
