A court decision led to the change, finding that if a person feels that they belong to a certain gender, they should be able to choose how to identify themselves.

What do you think of a "third gender" on a birth certificate?

"actually got herself pregnant by herself. "

In spite of many stories suggesting this has happened, there has never been a single documented case of a true hermaphrodite with fully functioning male and female sex organs. So you were misinformed ;)

True hermaphrodites are very rare - only 11 known cases in the medical literature. It's much more common (although still rare) for a case where it's one sex with "extra" (but still incomplete) genitalia. i.e. a girl born with a penis too, but only ovaries. Or a boy born with a vagina (and even a uterus), but no ovaries.

If the rise of homosexuals are not the fact that they have always existed in such numbers, but were made smaller by simply having small populations or genocide. (Killing homosexuals) than a third gender is needed, because humanity maybe experiencing a stage of evolution right before our eyes.

What percentages of births world wide are actually born hermaphrodites? I have never known anyone to have had children born or themselves to be born this way. Granted I know they don't wear a big sign around their neck announcing the situation.
