It is called a Hot Brown, Frank. And they aren't breakfast food- brunch perhaps. Toast points with turkey, a sliced tomato, bacon, cheese and mornay sauce. About three bites in you can feel your arteries closing.

I miss the Derby, and am stuck working another Derby Saturday....I threw a party a few years ago, everyone down here had to look it up, but got really "in" to it and we had a fabulous time. People down here talked about it for a long time. lol

RDY2, you must are surely mistaken , I have people clean up for me, I haven't touched a broom let alone a dust rag in well over 15 years.
I see you missed a spot behind the toilet in the mens room, now be a good boy and make sure you get it all. you really have let this place go. |

Good Morning. I figured all the hard rolls would all be gone so I had fresh ones delivered for this morning as well as fresh bagels and donuts. And, thanks to looking for dusting and cleaning up the floors. BTW, he did a great job cleaning up the bathrooms.
