Mike,

I have done Beverly Hillbillies and Monkees at campfire jams. Regarding Robot spelled backward, Tobar the 8th man, I remember the show but the only melody stuck in my head is the line "Tobor, the 8th man".

Mike (scratching head looking at the lyrics and trying to remember the rest of the melody)

Hey Mike, I often throw the theme to Gilligans Island in at campfire jams, tends to brighten the faces, lol.

Of course Wee Willy Weber, Gene London, Sally Starr, and Pixanne! I think they were all local Philly shows. I just watched them for the cartoons though!

How about F-Troop? Corporal Agarn, Chief Wild Eagle, and Crazy Cat were great characters, but Wrangler Jane was a hottie!

I remember racing home to watch Captain Scarlet and the Thunderbirds. Thought they had the coolest stuff on it, toys I always asked for for Christmas. Saturday mornings they had Land of the Lost, Scooby Doo, Josie and the Pussy Cats. Saturday night I used to stay up and watch Creature Feature on channel 2(San Francisco). The guy was a scrawny nerdy type guy but was perfect as the host. Channel 2 would also run week long marathons of particular movies, always loved Godzilla. Ah, the good old days when we only had 5 channels to choose from.
