A million dollars just isn't what it used to be. Especially after Federal and State Income tax. It's like the Publisher's Clearing House ads where someone becomes an "Instant" millionaire. The fine print about being paid over twenty years is naturally ignorred. Let's see, $50K for 20 years , makes you a millionaire. Bet many of us are then! A million dollars in the wrong hands can be gone through very quickly.

Coupleinit, I agree with you about Ian. He gave away that money & Tom should write him out a check. I thought Ian was a good guy but he just didn't know how to play the game. Everyone tried to make him feel bad for trying to win & he couldn't figure out a way to get himself off the hook.
