other then when I drink tea other then what I brew at home I rarely drink caffeine. My body's natural wake sleep pattern would be up at about 10-11 am and in bed at about 3am.

this morning? small glass of chocolate milk, 20 oz bottle of water, and working on a large glass of iced tea with a tish of raspberry. Its caffeinated, so I will be sleepy this afternoon. Its like nyquil keeps me awake lol.

LOL

A great National Geographic article some years back was about caffeine and the role it plays. They said that caffeine makes the modern world possible. In days gone by, our sleeping/waking hours were driven entirely by the sun. We use caffeine to force ourselves into patterns which our body doesn't agree with.
