Not a big fan of Vodka but have to agree that there is a huge difference in the cheap stuff and the good stuff. If I am drinking it, it will be the good stuff. Now, let's talk Tequila......:0)

Hey Yall! We talking Vodka? There is a HUGE difference in taste IMO. I feel that Grey Goose really is the best tasting vodka in the world and it doesn't take much to get a buzz either. Now, my second favorite, as the entire world knows is my Ciroc Red Berry with a cran-apple chaser -- that's the bomb for me....frozen vodka of course.

VA,

As a vodka aficionado, I beg to differ. Taste is quite different for each vodka, I personally can taste that difference. I had this *argument* with a friend about a month ago. It was put to test, I won $100 ;).

Not comparable in the slightest.

The flavors in vodka are so subtle that mixing them with most things mutes it entirely. Thus, you're just putting in alcohol. Might as well be cheap alcohol. Wine - cheap or not - has strong flavors and its addition to anything is going to impact it.

**You used Grey Goose to make Jello shots? Here's a $50 bill.. why don't you roll it up and use it as a tampon? **

Silly, silly statement. It reminds me of the people who use cheap wine to cook with. If I'm not going to drink it as is, there is no way that I'll put it in anything that goes inside my mouth.

"Here's a $50 bill.. why don't you roll it up and use it as a tampon? "

Me and a couple of my pole dancing friends went into a strip club in Nashville this past Saturday night. It was hands down the sleaziest strip club I have ever been in. Within a couple of minutes of walking in the "dancer" on the stage ended up in front of the guy, held her vagina lips open and let him insert a dollar bill (and yes it was just a dollar, not a 50) inside her. eww. And I had ALMOST used enough eye bleach to get the image out of my head and now that post brought it all back in technicolor.

Hot & Humid... So drinking plenty of water. {so sorry Jandscincy that you had to toss the jello shots :(. I never made jello shots, but one of these nights I will.} A friend of ours makes an awesome pudding shot. Yummmm ... Add a little whipped cream and you have yourself a wonderful tasty dessert.
