The problem is that the "less privileged" are wanting more than their fair share. I checked the median income for a single male in Hazleton. It's $31144. You aren't downtrodden Robert. You're doing better than your peers (based on my understanding that you make 35K)!

You won't have to leave the US... A form of communism might come to the US. I hope not... But the only ones who can stop the people you leave starving from voting for liberals is you, it is the employers... The method? Provide. Failure to provide will result in more socialism and or communism within our government. Not by the point if a gun, but by the leaver of the voting boxes.

With the exception if the addition of two persons... The only people arguing here have been the same old republican minded suspects. The problem is that the lot of you aren't realizing three facts. 1) because you and the wealthy fail to accept your social responsibility and provide a meaningful living for those who work... You are taxed to provide for both those working and not working. (you are taxed more than if you accepted your responsibility) 2) because you and the wealthy have left it up to the government to provide, the higher taxation must be at the least if not more than 2x what you would otherwise pay... And the people are provided more poorly, but more evenly... (again, failure to accept and commit to your social responsibilities as a more wealthy individual of society... Has lead to more taxation) 3) because you have left it to the government to provide, the people became empowered and the feeling of entitlement grows... Your fault for failing to live up to your social responsibility. Fact of history, any time the people must pry from your hands that which you should have been providing... They take more than you would have been spending. This on your part is also entitlement... You feel no responsibility to we the people, so now we turn to the government to tell you that you are wrong. If you have a problem with what I have just said, open a history book, then open a math book. History proves that when the people are provided for, you retainers wealth and power... Because the people have no reason to be agains the hand that feeds. History also shows that sense the time of the first rulers (wealthy) to now, the wealth has been spread across the greater body of people... This isn't a process you can stop, but can slow... Only with a greater spread a short time later. (thus the rapid rise of socialism and communism... Right or wrong) Math dictates that if you provided medical and education/retirement (without regard for the worth of the job), you wouldn't have to be so taxed for the government providing these things. Instead you fight it and thus the government is empowered to take it from you. Instead of paying for the care of 100 to 100,000 employees, you must pay for the care of 320,000,000 people. Additionally, the government must pay for the additional man power and expenses of taxing you. This results in the expense rising and more taxation. Those of us at the bottom can fall no further, you can... The only question is what awaits you at the bottom. A bed of spikes or a bed of cotton? Piss the masses off, make them unsympathetic and you will have the bed of spikes... Provide for them and you'll have the bed of cotton. The choice is yours, history foretells the future as it shows the path we have traveled for 10,000 years without end.... Deviation from said path or otherwise a change in direction.

You should not worry about what anyone of us do or not do. I might not agree with you, but isn't that OK since you don't agree with me. it goes both ways. Seriously, should one of us be allowed to control the others thoughts/political views? I'm just scooting along and it's OK for me how I'm living. I work, I pay lots of taxes!! Really wish I didn't, but what can I do as one person. Just keep on scooting along.

To put off ones wants to save up and not be a burden to society with a family one cannot afford. To want a pay which affords paying for ones own education. To not take from the government money so to have things, but rather earn them... Do you people even evaluate how you do business anymore? With the extent of risk you all are telling people to take, is there any reason to wonder why we are in economic situations where adults are in so much debt because of bad choices and risk taking? I think you all give conservatism a bad name.
