Wondering what the proper procedure is when responding to an email? When you send an email to someone and then you see that in the sent file they have read it, but not replied to it, what does that mean? Also, on their profiles they say they will reply to all emails even if to say no thank you, and then they don't reply. What can we do about this? Does this make them ungenuine or does it mean they are truly not interested, or are they taking a little time to answer? If they are taking time to answer, what is the proper amount of time? On another note, when you see someone that is online and they are someone that you have made as a friend contact, can you just go ahead and hit private chat and chat with them? Then, what happens if they refuse the chat? Do you get rid of them or what? We are wanting to make this a pleasurable experience without hurting anyone's feelings or stepping on toes. Thank you for real and genuine responses.

User Details are only visible to members.	We always try to take the time to look at the profile & respond even if it is a polite no. So far we have not responded to any E-Mails. Though we have had several people not respond to us. We do not mind getting a not interested back because then we can make a note in the notes section where we have noted the date the E-Mail was sent. That a way we can keep track of members we have E-Mailed & thier responses

User Details are only visible to members.	We made a "canned response" for those times when one of us reads an email, but the other won't be able to see it for a while so we can't respond as a couple. It just says something like, "Thanks for your email, my SO needs to look at it, too, we'll get back to you ASAP!" Unfortunately, the email system on this site makes it much too easy to open an email, fully intend to reply, and then totally forget because it moves to the OPENED mail folder and you don't have that visual reminder of the message in your inbox anymore. I find this frustrating at times, and I suspect it has something to do with some of those ignored emails (although lack of manners, and frankly, being fed up with "inappropriate" emails- either because they obviously didn't read your profile or they were just plain rude or offensive- are also pretty big factors). We try not to get bent out of shape about the non-responders, there are plenty of other people we'd love to get to know! L and C

User Details are only visible to members.	We have a system where we have "codes" to keep track of people we have talked to or contacted. Those who do not respond (after a reasonable amount of time after reading the mail) are at the bottom of the list. Also on this site, you can read your mail if sent to your regualr email, so you don't even have to open if to ingore it. Just another way for the rude people and game players.

User Details are only visible to members.	To us that means one of a couple has read the email and the other hasnt,Often it takes some time for us both to get to a computer at the same time to discuss times schedules ect.And yes whether we want to play there.

User Details are only visible to members.	Some poeple take time to reply give them time and space. If you never hear from them your better off not knowing them and to to pursue them. To many good poeple to deal with on this site and others. As far as rejecting a chat they may be busy , having fun in the chat room or one of them just does not chta . see above in this case
