Our brains have left us wondering who all asked us to let them know when we became first time grandparents. So here's our solution... to post a topic, lol

Ladywife- OMG she is doing great!! Mommy's milk finally came in and baby is nursing well. Mild jaundice is gone and she has gained 3 oz this week. She has the sweetest little voice when she cries. Thanks for your words of encouragement the other day!

You brought tears to my eyes just picturing the dept store scenario. Can't wait!!! At our daughter an son-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner she gave me a framed letter telling me how much she has looked up to me in a role model as wife, mother and friend.
