There's multiple cameras to choose from. One on the corner of Bourbon and whatever, another from atop a balcony overlooking Bourbon St. I imagine most of the boobs won't start coming out until evening and will progressively be more visible throughout the week.

Just exactly where in NO are they? The majority of boobage occurs in the Quarter. From the folks you're describing, it doesn't sound like they're on Bourbon.

OK I watched for a few minutes.
