User Details are only visible to members.	FB #1 - Got out of my gym routine for about 2 months and forced myself to start it back up on Mon, which is good. Bad news is that I went just a tad too heavy on the shoulder press and my right tricep has been really cramped/achey since I woke up yesterday. It's so tight right now that I can't bend my elbow more than 90 degrees, which makes it really difficult for me to eat/drink/smoke/pick my nose. FB #2 - I hate how the older I get, the longer it takes my body to recover/heal. Water, vitamins, potassium pills, glucosamine, OJ, milk are all necessary on a daily basis for me if I want to remain even relatively active on a regular basis. 17 yrs of active duty definitely takes a toll on the body. Screw you, Father Time. FB #3 - Since it's still sore today, I don't plan on doing any lifting and figured I'd dust off my bike and go for a ride since it shouldn't irritate my tricep at all. But the forecast for today is rain. And screw you too, Mother Nature. T

I don't have the heart to tell her he will be gone most of the week for the next 3 weeks. Guess its a good thing our Memorial day trip didn't work out :( PG

My cat just caught the 3rd or 4th one that made it into the kitchen in the last month or so, and is on point for the next one. It freaks me out that he has such a keen interest in that one corner, where I can't see any holes. Last night, just for fun, he brought in a dead mouse and tossed it around the master bedroom before we could intervene. Eeeewww!
