Damn Sed, that sounds absolutely horrible. I've always heard that you should step into leg cramps to make them stop cramping. When I was pregnant I used to get charlie horse cramps on my legs...in the middle of the night. Talk about a walk up call. I'd jump out of bed a force my leg to straightn and my foot flat. It worked. Hope this never happens to you again, but if it does, try it.

I hear ya on the going to far after a break.
Prior to our vacation I didn't go to the for a week. One time while in hedo, but it didn't involve abs or leg work. Went last night, got all excited, did 3 sets of 12 super slow 400# calf raises. At around 11pm last night, getting up from the toilet, both calves cramped, I fell to the floor screaming in agony, literally doubled over, within seconds the front of my right leg cramped, as well as that area at the arch of the foot (left foot), to add insult to injury, as the pain started to subside and I tried standing up, my damn abs cramped, right by the obliques! |

FB- its bad enough I hate when Trooper is gone but seeing our youngest daughters face today when she saw the suitcase by the door was heartbreaking. I don't have the heart to tell her he will be gone most of the week for the next 3 weeks. Guess its a good thing our Memorial day trip didn't work out :(
