BOTD is the family reunion was cancelled. One of my uncles has had a stroke and it is not good. I am afraid I will be going back, for a funeral, soon.

Brown nosing ass kissers lol. I may never be promoted again. I hope I am promoted mind you...but i will take not being promoted before I will be a snivelling, ass licking, brown nosing ass muncher LOL. We have a new manager, and 2 of the girls wow. There is a lot of tossed salad going on in that office, let me tell you hahahahahaha

My ex and I get along fine: I got him deported back to UAE. Of course, I learned not too long ago that he was applying to re-enter the US, shortly before 9-11, too bad he didn't wait a year so it would be more difficult. I don't know if he's back in the US or not, but as long as he stays away, I'm happy.

I know there are horror stories, but I'm lucky and get along with mine better than ever. I think it comes from her wanting to do the best thing possible for the kids, and our mutual realization that we both can do that better if we don't spend energy and emotion fighting each other. Also, neither of us are drama-prone to begin with. We get along fine at family gatherings like graduations and such. We just don't need to be living under the same roof. |
