I don't remember, but that doesn't sound right. I'll have to look when we get there to open the place up for the spring. It's been there since 1984, so actually it only gets used about 8 or 9 months a year over the last 28 years.

I thought our Sub Zero fridge came with a 10 year standard warrantee... so I looked in our files and found that it's 12 years. When we got it, any time I opened the fridge I'd quote Arnold Schwarzenegger from the movie Running Man and shout, "Killian, here's your Subzero, now plain zero."

Just a comment about va's refrigerator. Well actually a comment about "they don't make 'em like they used to". We have a refrigerator in the cabin in northern MN. That thing was made in 1958 I believe. It was my parent's old one, relegated to 2nd refrigerator duty around 1969 I believe.
Not only does it still work, you have to be careful about the setting or it will freeze everything. |
