Do we *really* need to write out numbers in full in formal documents?
"The thirty five (35) case sample discussed above is identified as a statistically valid random sample of thirty (30) cases with five (5) alternates." Are we all so fucking illiterate that we can't just write "35"? |

Hhhmmm, out of curiosity, what highways do you patrol---federal or state? Of course I must admit to being the owner of a leaded foot and I am an equal opportunity user of it in multiple jurisdictions, including that stretch of Hwy 98 in PCB, as well as 55, 240, 78, 20, 40, 10 and 69.

FB: the speed limit on Hwy 98 has been lowered from 55 to 45 all the way through Panama City Beach... WTF??? Apparently our local police department is not meeting their ticket quotas!

tigg, I feel your pain! Luckily our leak is in an attic/crawl space over the garage, and hasn't yet permeated the garage ceiling. I'm just glad I thought to check all the rooms directly below the roof.
