I usually wake up several times through out the night. Sometimes I just lay there and can't go back to sleep, other times I get up and get on the computer, and other times I can go right back to sleep. I use to get up during the night a lot but since I have changed my soda to caffenine free, it is not as bad.

i get up about 1 hr after going to bed to pee and then i usally sleep he rest of the night. mrs mack gets up once during the night also. i think it has something to do with getting older.
