Perhaps guys vary in the amount of foreskin they have, but if the foreskin is not excessive and the erection is full, it's not clear to me that the uncut penis stands out as being different from the cut one. We normally don't play on first dates, and like you, prefer to devote a first meeting just to get a good feel for the other couple. I believe that only on two occasions I have been asked this particular question, prior to the first sexual encounter. In neither case did the couple refuse to continue based on our response. They were just curious. In all the other occasions in which the question wasn't asked, I never noticed any surprised look in the women I've been with, so naturally I have not developed any sense of need to bring up the issue (as in "there is something important about me that you need to know..."). It is true that being uncut is part of who I am, but there are many example of things about me that I don't bother to mention to people we swing with: blood type, zodiac sign, prior professions, etc. Since being uncut has never proven to be of any particular relevance to the sexual encounter, I automatically (and unconsciously) put it in the "irrelevant" category, along with the other examples I mentioned.
