Original Starting post for this thread:
My diet is pretty consistent and boring. Breakfast starts the day for me. I'm sure it ends the workday for some third shifters or late nite partiers.

Whats for breakfast?
Or what's your favorite morning menu item to order when eating out.

Wife had an Female African Gray when we met died 5 years ago. The bird ate everything , emptied its bowl every morning, chicken bones, strawberrys, grapes, nuts and anything. This bird a Male is so fussy, eats only half of store bought food. We just came back and bought him Almonds and Sunflower seeds that he seems to like in the store mix.
His uneaten food and what is on his cage tray I give to the birds outside. They love it. We have three Eastern Blue Jays outside. We didn't think they would be in Colorado.

We have a Parrotlet (worlds smallest Parrot, see photo) thankful he is incapable of screeching and merely chirps when he is hungry......damn picky eater. His favorite is Corn on the Cob and Potato chips .

Now the cats on the hand are thinking they'd like to dine on said Parrotlet lol

Fed the African Gray Parrot the usual formula at 7:00 AM here. He can't wait, he starts rattling his cage even thou it is covered. He has a big cage with walk outs I added to his cage. At nite I am watching TV and he wants more food and starts rattling his food bowl until I get up and give him more food.

The Parakeet on the other hand just sings amd sings.

Does anyone have an African Gray and what do you feed them?

Hung over, I am not, as I do not drink a lot. The party was alright - pretty big but then we had our own little party in a hotel room.
