TOPIC: A Swinger's Funeral

I went to a couple of viewings this week for some folks that I knew that had passed away. Both of them had gone to a lot of effort to have pictures of their lives all over the viewing room. Now, I generally grieve at these sorts of things with a non-standard coping skill: dark humor. I found myself wondering, "Sh*t, if this guy had been a swinger, these pics would have been awesome!" So, has anyone ever been to the funeral of a swinger and, while I realize that there was probably no public acknowledgement or recollection of their swinging history, was their any kind of acknowledgement at all of the time and activities in the lifestyle? Like maybe at an invitation-only wake? Just curious.

What I do notice is that in the 1000's of photos of us there are sooo few pictures of us with our faces showing . We'd have a hard time coming up with "vanilla" photos for our funeral lol. Mrs Sav

User Details are only visible to members.	A friend of ours was killed in an accident at work about 2 years ago now. He was a great man and is still missed, he had such a sense of humor. No, there was no swinging only funeral. To be honest with you, everyone was so upset at the sudden way he died and the fact that he was indeed dead....that thinking about him in a sexual manner was somehow "wrong". We just missed our friend.
