You'll find it in most "sex pills" but the dosage is laughable. you may find 100mg in those pills but two research studies found the effective dosage to be 1000 - 1500. I concur with that finding in my own personal use. HIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Cardio workout structure in which after you warm up, 5 - 10 minutes, you alternate your effects bouncing your heart rate from 50% to 80/90% of max heart rate. Typically, I have found doing 5 minutes low intensity and 1 - 1.5 minutes high. By High intensity I mean everything you got, all out I'm going to die effort. You obviously need to build up slowly to that level of effort and consult your doctor to see if you are healthy enough for that level of exercise. I have found alot of information that suggests this is the most effective type of cardio training. One 45 minute session for me is like a IV drip of viagra for 3 days.

User Details are only visible to members.	Being a bodybuilder and smoker(yeah weird combination) I have run the gambit with supplements and tried about everything. Here's what has worked for me in order of effectiveness: Cut back on smoking Cardio with HIT at least 20 min x3 a wk (more is better) L- Arginine 5 grams a day Ginko 280mg a day Ginseng Root 1000mg a day Tribulus 625mg a day and 1250mg 45min before sex Garlic clove 2 a day in food Eat good fats olive oil, flax, nuts, fish etc Penis pumping 10 minutes a day then to 1 per week Don't bother with "sex" pills most aren't worth the money the effects are not instant it take awhile for a buildup in your system but you will notice it within 2 days building up to a month for max. These are all safe with mostly no reported side effects and one can take more then this but this is the most effective dosage more isn't more. Read up on this before you do anything, just because it's safe for me shouldn't mean shit to you.

I cant imagine what it would be like to have....say a 3inch dick... if that were the case I might be inclined to do what ever it takes to gain some girth and length. I do however still think that there a ton of average dicked guys that are worrying way to much about their junk.
