ok guys my wife just had her 5th back surgery so the house is left to me once again. just wondering how many other guys have MISadventures cooking, cleaning, laundry ect. ect. for me 1) the 10 pound meatloaf. my wife told me the ingredients to use and to buy the big pack of burger but failed to tell me the split up the burger and freeze most of it. 2) the time i made Mac & Cheese. never add all ingredients including the water in the pan at one time............EEEEEWW 3) whites turned another color...OOPS 4) the time i made spaghetti and put the noodles in the cold pan of water till it boiled without stirring..........Cannon Ball Spaghetti 5) made dinner in the oven and when i took it out to see if it was done i burned my bicep then burned it again just above the other burn putting it back because it was not done yet. so far no MISadventures this time but it has only been a week so i have plenty of time to mess up. lets hear your MISadventures

User Details are only visible to members.	thankfully we do not have a disposer. dont even want to think about what i would do there. I realized something yesterday. cooking, cleaning and all that really isnt all that hard. it is kinda like fixing something for the first time. once you take stuff apart and put it back together you know how it works and can do things to cut corners saving time. the more you do it the easier it becomes. I have actually gotten pretty good at cooking but still have my moments such as setting the wall on fire. I can just see trying to explain what happened to the insurance company and the fire investigators. they would probably lock me up for my own safety LOL

User Details are only visible to members.	oh I know first hand how potatoes or any vegtable of the same consistency like say sweet potatoes , as I learned this past thanksgiving . mind you it is able to get it cleaned out with a good plunger , but that must be done ASAP otherwise they will harden just like cement.. the old " dont put potatoes in a disposal " myth is not a myth

My first party here was Christmas Eve 2003 when I moved in w/ Dan and we were engaged and having all his friends over. I never had a garbage disposal before, and was on the phone w/ my best friend while I was peeling potatoes. I asked her if I could put those down the garbage disposal and she said Sure, I do it all the time. Well, needless to say, she only cooked for herself and maybe one other, and I was making dinner for about 12. The garbage disposal totally backed up. Do you know what potato peels smell like after they're wet??? Not pretty. We had to get a new disposal, and the sink was stopped up for hours. Just one of those fun cute stories we enjoy now! User Details are only visible to members.	Thanks perm but that wont work. needs a little plaster and paint. it burned into the later of paper in the drywall. Central.......OH geeze could i entertain with my MISadventures of LOL. YES it is harder than it looks especially since Mom always did everything and then my wife. never had to do anything for myself till my sweetie had surgery the first time.
