Taking the time to recharge is not a problem as long as your orgasm is timed in a manner that is appropriate for the circumstances. For example, if I am 1-on-1 with a lady, I hold off until I know she wants me to cum. On the other hand, if I am in a group and there are several other men for the lady, I won't try to hold off, knowing that there is another man for her while the rest of us recharge. depends on the guy shell, my 26 year old boy friend had about a 6 hour recharge time. My 50 year old husband has about a 2-10 minute recharge without pills to help. I always used to tease him that he couldn't take Viagra or he would kill me.

OP, I know I am a woman so please forgive me for posting in the men's forum. However, I've been with men so hopefully I have at least insight into this lol. I think what you are experiencing is absolutely natural for a man. As a man gets older his ability to "recharge" takes longer. A 20 year old man is pretty much hard all of the time lol....a 30 year old man is still pretty quick, 40 year old man needs a little break. So on and so forth. I have never talked with a woman who had a complaint about this at all as long as when you were together you both had fun. This also gives time for some oral action to help "inspire" you lol. Jay is now 37 and doesn't recharge like he did when we married and he was 20 of COURSE. If we have a particularly hot sexual experience yes, he can get hard almost immediately.
