User Details are only visible to members.	i will say this though, several guys have mentioned that the woman's reaction to such a situation is a big deal. Swinging is like going out with someone and getting some play on the first date. It's exciting, there's a new person, but there's also unfamiliarity. You can let the psychological part of things really mess you up if you aren't careful. The woman's reaction to the situation can be critical. If she freaks out and gets offended, that can might just mess the guy up more. If she's understanding, attentive, and slows things down to work him up and inflate his confidence, she can be in a for a good time. With sex, it still takes two.

For me the overarching theme is control of the physical and the psychological. Sex is a physical activity and you have to be prepared just like any other athletic event. If you've properly prepared, you will have the requisite confidence when called to perform. 1. Know when to fold them: I cancelled an assignation for tonight and tomorrow afternoon rather than disappoint. Listen to your body. I went to the gym this morning after an incredible night and could not lift that barge or tote that bale. I needed more time to recover. The big four oh is on the horizon and I have to admit that and grapple the harder. 2. Control the environment: I prefer hosting. I am completely at ease on my turf where above all else I control the ambient temperature. Like KurtEZ1, with me cold is a certain shriveler. I have to have it warm enough to quickly break into a sweat and I sweat like a quarterhorse. 3. Keep up your Health: Sex is a sport. You must have your health. Exercise. Eat right. I pound vasodilators so that my vascularity is evident. It is natural rather than using an ED drug that also promote nitric oxide formation. Adequate bloodflow is what keeps you erect. Veins constricted by poor health just will not do the job. 4. Eat at least one hour before: They say now that cramping after eating is an old wives tale, even for all those who've drowned swimming after eating; but I think it is obvious that blood used for digestion is not there to pump you up. I also get severe abdominal muscle cramps if I've eaten to close to sexual activity. 5. Maintain hydration and stay away from drugs. Again, would you have 4 martinis before competing in 1000 meter hurdles? Don't drink alcohol prior to sex at all. If at their home ask for water. Overnight or extended playtime, I bring my protein powder and l-arginine with me. let them think you're weird. You can't go, go, go running on fumes. The body must be fed. If you last ate an hour before meeting and then have 2 hours of sex, you need protein replenishment. Psychologically: 1. Do not compromise. This is the Single Male Advantage. Couples nearly always have to compromise or spend their time at home. I use my profile to stack the deck entirely in my favour. Every meet is by definition: all I ever wanted. So determine your criteria of all systems go and stick to it. You should be throbbing on your way to meet your friends. 2. Destress. If you can make sex the very action that is your stress relief you'll be able to approach it with little anxiety and with a feeling of emotional release and laughter. Works for my little world anyway.

User Details are only visible to members.	Not sure about others, but I had a small bit of that for a few minutes doing our first encounter with another couple. Odd, because I wasn't uncomfortable or anything. Then I got sort of frustrated with myself and started a mental back and forth on my own psyche. Thing got working and things were fine. And it was a soft swap situation, so that made it easier too. Later though, we realized that other than being new, we'd been out at a wine festival for a a couple hours earlier and had a bunch in my system. We were also using a different brand of condoms than we normally use, which were too tight, and most importantly, I was too focused on my significant other. Her entertainment and comfort was of utmost importance. I was so worried and focused on her I kinda lost focus on the fact that there was fun to be had for myself. Needless to say, I didn't do myself any favors. You live and learn. :)

Jay is this same way, all of those meds have been ruled out due to his blood pressure. Same thing, the dr said that no party is worth him ending up inside a coffin. I kind of agree with the doctor. Have you had your testosterone levels checked? As men get older their test levels lower naturally, as our estrogen does. This can DEFINATELY mess with your sexuality, your erections, confidence, everything. You may want to ask about this, there are meds that can help you if this is your issue. I am sorry you are frustrated. Trust me, noone can relate to being frustrated with your body like I can relate to you. You may also want to ask about a pump....I have read that they work wonders as well. I am sorry if this is too personal. But there is NOTHING to be ashamed of. These are valid medical conditions and there are treatments out there for you. Hugs.

User Details are only visible to members.	are good many will wI in most cases have not had a problem performing this is not bragging just saying in most cases. However there has been a few times that has caused me to go limp in the night. My very first encounter in the LS I could not perform as I was with a guys wife and he wanted to watch and I just kept thinking of the movie misery and thought I was going to wind up in a cooking pot as i did not think people really did this, another after years in the LS bad smells is a big turn off if we get into play and someone has bad body odor I cannot get the scent out of my mind and I go limp. Over drinking is another but I seldom if at all do that but if it is a wild night after awhile yeah, or over play if you are a big hit for the night and you play with a few ladies and more want what they had then after a few you just cannot do it no matter how sexy she is. The last that has happen is take one for the team as a single male sometimes you are asked to well you know and she just does not appeal not much else to say. But got to lovr those super rich men that made the V...wow hats off to you

User Details are only visible to members.	We're new to the LS as well, and I had a "performance issue" on our second meeting with the couple we've met and are playing with. (Disclaimer: A lot of champagne and a hot tub were involved, so....;) Thankfully, the couple is very understanding and our enthusiasm for one another hasn't lessened. Personally, I attribute this partly to nervousness. When I think back to my single days, I'd get the occasional performance issue with women to whom I was very attracted. As time went on, these occurrences became virtually non-existent. I'm big into pleasing my partner, and sometimes may put a little too much subconscious pressure on myself. I don't worry about it much, though it can be very frustrating (especially when my wife is having the time of her life right next to us...LOL)

I was bummed out. What are the coldest conditions that any of you guys have ever performed satisfactorily? I wear big wool socks from now on, LOL.
