We have come across this same thing. I, the Mrs, am VERY picky. It's driving my hubby a little nuts. But I won't take one for the team. I want a good-looking man WITH personality. Just like my hubby! I don't have any advice for you, just empathy.

I will say that we have discussed and even if I'm not initially attracted to the man, I will meet with them some more since sometimes personality will win me over...We'll see how it goes...I will not "take one for the team," however, EVER.
