my hubby is reading this thread, and is laughing and crying at the same time, lol, single swinging guys have there things to do as well as the married ones, that, by the way, were single guys once, deserve the same respect, as long as they conduct themselves the same as any good man, myself, looks at the man as how he treats me, and if he is pleaseng me like i want. the marage licence is seldom brought with him, and we dont take ours to anyone, or partys. thats our take

It depends on those three bars. If the bar for males is pretty much the same size as the other bars (couples and females) USUALLY it means they are as intereted in single dudes as anythng else. Providing of course they did not screw up when filling out their profile. Also look and see what the profile says. Some will say 'no single males' others will say "single males we will contact you" and so forth. In that case , leave 'em be. I think a lot of the profiles that say, "no single males unless they have ten inches" are pretty much filled out by husbands that just don't want their wives to get any action from a strange dude, unless they are getting action with the strange dude's ladies, or the "scorekeepers" as I call them. There are people who evidently are only willing to play when they play too. Ive been contacted more than once by females in scorekeeper relationships who have said stuff like "Well, he has been with three and I can be with three." Thats not what swinging is about to me. Its about sharing. Not grudges and scores. Even if I had a foot long johnson I would stay away from such folks because scorekeepers are people who usually have jealousy issues and jealousy and the lifestyle just don't mix.

incali now some on here would tell you yes it is and it is best just to sit back -- but IMO that can not be the case all the time.
Of course if the profile says no single males that exactly what it means do not write them, if they are interested they will contact you. But if you do not have any confidence in yourself or a half way well written profile w/pictures you might get no results either?

I think there are a lot of 'myths' in the lifestyle that are based more on percieved fears than realities. One great example is the "Unicorn" myth. Reality check. Single Bi Females ain't that rare. I have had my fair share of them and I don't have good looks, money, or a hot female partner to lure them in either. If they are that rare, I'm not experiencing it. Single Bi females are all over the place. I think the disagreeable single males thing is pretty much a myth too. I know from talking to couples that many of them have had more problems with clingy single females and from clingy married folks than single males they played wiith. The worst I have heard, vis a vis single males is that many are bad about no shows and that many are bad about not writing interesting letters. Thats pretty much it. I have talked to single bi females who have more bad stories to relate about married dudes than single dudes too. I think its just an internet myth. The question is, where does it come from and I have a theory.... Some married dudes who just don't want their ole lady to fuck somebody besides themselves unless they are gonna get some strange pussy on the side probably invented it and kept it going. That also explains the profiles you see where it says, "only accepting single males with at least ten inches or more." I am betting that unless the couple lives next to the studios in Van Nuys where they shoot porn, those ladies are not gonna be finding that sort of gent, LOL...

Why are single men looked down upon in the swing scene? Ok, I know from swinging as a couple in the past that there are some creepy guys out there but there are also a lot of good regular nice guys too! It's almost like if you're a single guy you're a loser but it's totally ok if you're a single woman. When I was swinging with my ex wife we never had any problems with any of the men we invited into our bed but did with a couple of women. One we actually had to get a restraining order on! Anyway, I just wanted to let you nice folks know that there are some of us nice guys out here and to please not judge us before you know us.
