Come to find out (him and his wife are newlyweds) that he had a penis sprain. He had to stop all activity for over a month and had to walk with a cane.

Anything that can happen on you skin can happen on the penis. Which includes pimples, warts, moles, and birth marks. And none of it having to do with STD's.

Theoretically speaking, a pimple can happen anyplace that there is skin.
