User Details are only visible to members.	I have already done a lot of research via the internet and I've already started a list of questions for the Drs. to answer. It will be about 3 or 4 weeks before I get to see the Urologist and I see my Dr. before that.

User Details are only visible to members.	I would talk to your dr. and get as much info as possible. My doc didn't really explain it adequately and I'm doing my dosages by trial and error. I injected 11 units last time and realized some benefit. Will probably go with 13 units next time to see what happens.

User Details are only visible to members.	I spoke to my Dr. today and he is setting up an appointment with a VA Uroligest for me for inital consultation. My Dr said there should be no problem and that he can keep me supplied with refills when I run out.

User Details are only visible to members.	I should know what you are talking about, as my late wife had type 1 diabetes. The appliance you refer to is just like the one she used to prick her finger with. So, do they now make one that uses the diabetic needles? I've only used the needle three times and am still getting used to it. Last night, I missed my intended mark a little and I didn't gain any benefit. I have yet to realize any benefit from these injections. I've increased the dosage from 5 units to 7.5 units. I guess the next increase will be up to 10 units, as indicated on the syringe. I will definitely try massaging the area after injection. I didn't know to do that. My urologist was not very hellpful as I'm his first patient with this request.

The one I prefer to use, due to its simplicity, is a standard appliance used routinely by people with diabetes. The depth of penetration is controlled by the appliance. I merely place it at the side of my penis, squeeze the trigger, and depress the plunger, it is painless, takes but a second. I then gently massage the penis to ensure the medication is circulating. Within a couple of minutes, I am good to go for a couple of hours or so. I believe the basic appliance is available at any pharmacy, and it certainly is available online. I now have a very specialized urologist, very talented, ran many tests, and he recommended a compounded prescription. We spent some time adjusting the dosage, but once you have it right, works very well. I have an appliance that utilizes an insulin syringe, the procedure takes only seconds, it is painless, and I am able to maintain a very firm erection for 2-3 hours, depending upon the dosage, even though I may have ejaculated once or twice. Never a complaint from my partner(s). I just need a few moments to recover, replace the condom, and am ready to commence pleazuring my partner(s). I highly recommend the procedure, have tried Viagra, just left me with dry mouth, had no effect. Good luck.
