| Having just gone through a bout of "C" my Dr. has suggested that I consider a penile implant. Just looking for others that have taken the step and gotten a three piece pump. Thanks Mike |

had a friend who was a paraplegic and had the implant done for his wife's pleasure. this was years ago, so I'm not up to date, but they never had a problem with it, to my knowledge.

I have no direct experience with penile implants, but understand that since an interior/exterior connection is involved, scrupulous hygiene is necessary because infection in that area is SERIOUS business. If/when that day comes for me, I think I would look into the vacuum pumps. Anybody want to comment on them?
