We ran into a couple this summer who use to be friends with a couple who we where friends with and had not seen for some time, We ask how they where doing, they told us they don't see them anymore because they play with black couples. Back in the early 90's we had a couple stop seeing us because we played with single black males. Seems the more things change, the more they stay the same.

But now after reading these posts on this topic , i now belive that because , i have been seen ,and have ammited to play with and more women of color ,than white. Is the reason why i am blocked and recieve no responces to my profile and so forth. Now many ppl in my area know that i have many inlaws whom are ppl of color, and will not have anything to do with me, how i know this ?. Over heard my nabors taiking on there deck during a party one evening, since then one woman that i was interested in dateing has not chated or responced to a date since. pity i for one do not care what color your skin is, to me it is the person that i care about.,and there actions.

At times it just goes sideways, showing no progress in a positive manner. I will be this shade of mahogany for the rest of my days and it hasn't rubbed off on anyone yet. If I must be judged by my skin tone, been there, done that. What is bothersome is the couples that are color blind and have no problem with being with us are getting the shaft, and not in a good way. Being Ostracized because of my skin tone leaves us somewhat upset and bewildered. Unfortunately, this is still the sad world we live in!

User Details are only visible to members.	It's still shocking SA, but I can believe it. I've been with my husband for 30 years, but before that, I went out dancing with a buddy. She informed me that she would have to stop going out with me if I didn't stop dancing with black guys. She said that she didn't have anything against anybody, but whenever I danced with them, all the white guys avoided us - both of us. I didn't believe her at first, but I found that she was right. It was a huge club. It was hard for me to believe that anybody noticed who other people danced with. I figured that some people would assume that a couple wouldn't be interested because of a preference, but to avoid them - crazy.

We actually now know that couples OFTEN, will not write or accept a cert from interracial couples and black men, due to them being labeled as dirty by other white couples that might be potential playmates. I wasn't so much shocked by the fact that the behavior exists, but that they openly admitted it. This conversation started because I mentioned how 6degrees of separation can be achieved through searching certifications. We were no offended in the slightest, but it did validate many of the questions we've had unanswered over the years. The truth can and will set you free!

They often approach him like he a single at parties, and I've had a number of frustrating experiences because I'm a full participant kind of girl and the hubbies are watchers not players. I'm learning we need to feel that out before moving forward to avoid me being a cranky, frustrated woman! Other end of the spectrum is the ladies aren't into black men. Also a reason I appreciate single men, to be honest...they tend to be quite attentive.

User Details are only visible to members.	Neither of us has been told to lose weight, but due to my lack of body hair, I've been informed that my chest wasn't very manly.. I was laughing too hard to have taken her serious, until her husband pulled me aside and said that she was serious, and that I had hurt her feelings by laughing at her and should apologize.. AGAIN, I start laughing uncontrollably.. She had issue with everyone at the party!
